Motor Vehicle To Be Registered
(1) A person, firm or company purchasing a motor vehicle or importing it from abroad or an agent selling or distributing a motor vehicle shall get the motor vehicle registered with the competent authority no later than fifteen days after the date of bringing it into Nepal upon paying customs duty. (2) No one shall ply or cause to be plied any motor vehicle without getting it registered pursuant to Sub-section (1).
